The location was fantastic. it was near bond street tube station, so getting around was easy! the room had comfortable beds. We slept well. also, the air conditioning was efficient.
the bathroom needed a deep clean. i saw some hairs in the shower and something on the wall!

The location was central. It was just off oxford street. i appreciated the proximity to shops and cafes. the room size was also great. There was enough space for four of us.
the stairs were long and narrow. This may be difficult for some guests. the room was basic, and the pillows were hard.
